Renaissance Man Music Renaissance Man Music Summer School Intensive Course Jazz Guitar Fundamentals Renaissance Man Music

Jazz Guitar Learn how to play jazz and how to incorporate those jazzy sounds into the music you play. Did you trick yourself into thinking that you would never be able to jazz because, well it is simply too hard? Would you like to take your music into a different direction and incorporate some of the more jazzy sounds into your playing? Learn how to play jazz and how to incorporate those jazzy sounds into the music you play. Prepare for jazz school. This two week intensive course may well be the best bet for you and your music. In a two extensive course you will learn the basics or advanced techniques, theories and tricks associated with jazz and other improvisation based styles of music. Come back as a new guitarist after the summer holiday with a ton of newly acquired practical skills and knowledge that will enrich your playing in whatever style of music you play.

Who What Where When WHO: guitarists that already have some knowledge and technique that are looking for a way to set themselves up for a independent or assisted breakthrough development of their playing. WHAT: Two weeks of intensive training (3 sessions of for hours per week in two consecutive weeks) techniques and scales, as well as the practical application of those scales and techniques both in the way of exercises and by means of collaborative playing ands improvising. Groups will consist of maximum four players. All training materials will be provided as well as refreshments. WHERE: Russley, weather permitted the sessions may take place in the open air. WHEN: this intensive course is set out to be planned for two consecutive weeks in January 2011 (dates to be announced).
