3 Components = 1 Dynamic Program 1.MENTAL – Man in the Mirror Curriculum 2. PHYSICAL – Martial Arts Bully Interruption Program 3. EMOTIONAL – Yoga for Mood Management

Pilot Program Spring Students 5 weeks / 2 hours per session = 10 hours 45 minutes on each module (mental, physical, emotional) Results: Positive qualitative feedback from students Positive qualitative feedback from parents Positive qualitative feedback from teachers Increase in attention in class Increase in positive peer interaction Increase in application of mood management 1 self referral for mental health counseling by an adolescent male
