 Roughly 70% of the human body is made up of water  Nearly every food or drink item gives water to the body  70-75% of the world is made up of water  Fresh water is more common underground than it is above  the United States uses about 346,000 million gallons of fresh water every day.  The weight a person loses directly after physical activity is water not fat.  The exact same water that existed millions of years ago is still around today

 Water is absorbed by the body when ingested and is used instantly.  Water is not broken down but is used as a base to flush toxins from the air we breath, the food and drinks we consume, so we can stay healthy.  It regulates body temperature and cushion joints in your body.  It dilutes proteins, minerals, vitamins and other nutrients so they can be transported though out the body.  Water does not give the body energy but water is the key in digestion.

Too muchToo little  If you drink too much water, the cells in your body swell and become weak and burst.  It can also dilute nutrients so they are flushed out of your body before they are used  You can’t live without water for more than a few days  You need it for even the most basic functions, like breathing.

Just like every other nutrient water can be dangerous in high amounts and in low amounts depending on how it is consumed. If you do not drink water you will die it is as simple as that. Water is the essence of life it is in everything. Water poisoning or Hyper-Hydration is what happens when you drink too much water, this typically occurs when a person is exercising excessively and is not replacing their electrolytes and they are still consuming fluids. There are not many health concerns that come with drinking water but, there are many that come with the depravation of water.  Some examples of these are:  Dehydration – Dehydration means your body does not have as much water and fluids as it should. Dehydration can be caused by losing too much fluid, not drinking enough water or fluids, or both.  Vomiting – Vomiting is very closely related to dehydration, vomiting is also very dangerous if you dehydrated because your body is no throwing up fluids from the body.  Migraine - A migraine is a common type of headache that can occur when a person does not drink enough water. It also has many other symptoms like sensitivity towards light, loud noises, certain odours, etc.  Cancer (colon and or bladder) – Cancer is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells known as malignant cells.  Death – With out water you die plain and simple.

 Drinking lost of water is key to maintaining physical well being because water helps reduces circulation problems around your joints which will allow them to function at a high level allowing u to keep up physical activity. Also rheumatoid Arthritis can be caused by a shortage of water in a certain like knee or wrist.
