Leukemia What I already knew What I already knew What I want to know What I want to know My search results My growth as a researcher My growth as a researcher My Works Cited

What I already know I knew that Leukemia is a type of blood cancer I knew Leukemia has different types of it I knew that anyone could die from it I wanted to do it on this because my little brother had it when he was 3 years old

What I want to know What all does Leukemia effect? What all does Leukemia effect? Is this type of cancer curable? Is this type of cancer curable? What other forms of Leukemia is there? What other forms of Leukemia is there? Can the atmosphere give a type of cancer to anyone? Can the atmosphere give a type of cancer to anyone?

Leukemia mainly Effects The spleen The bone marrow The lymph nodes Feels like the flu Also high fevers Body hurts Feel weaker

Well…..there is bad news if you have this type of cancer because it is not 100% curable. Also this cancer is the number one killing disease for children The good news it that anyone who has this can go through chemotherapy or radiation to help prevent it from spreading or to get rid of it. Also I hope they find something that can cure it for sure because nobody wants to loose someone

Forms of Leukemia Acute Myelocytic Leukemia (AML) Its overgrowth of the gums and blurred vision Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) Type of blood cancer and severe bone pain and bleeding Chronic Myelocytic leukemia (CML) Bone pain and enlarged spleen and can only get help if they get a bone marrow transplant Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) It’s a unpredictable cancer and there's really no treatment for this

How do you get it? Well…..there's some bad news again because nobody know how you get it but they have some suggestions on how you might get it!! Chemicals in the air If the mother was around burning chemicals “working at a factory”

My growth as a researcher I learned that you don’t need Google to find information on something you want to know I learned how to post my information on my wiki page I learned how to find facts through wiki, Thanks to Dallas I feel that is coming together but need to find more information on each form of Leukemia
