Pick List – General Info 5 The Pick List is used to streamline the flow of the Raw Materials within the plant Increases the inventory accuracy It is a 2 loop system – Raw Materials Example: The first loop is set up between the Raw Materials Warehouse/Workcenter and the external supplier The second loop is set up between the Assembly or Subassembly lines and the Raw Materials Warehouse/Workcenter using the same item number

Pick List - Terms Pick Card - the On Hand card in the Raw Materials Workcenter from the supplier Ship card – the In Process card Released to the Raw Materials Workcenter 7
Pick List - Configuration Pick List Sorted by Item, Card ID, or Location Code Pick List Material Selection - FIFO, or FIFO - No Repacking (can also be set at the Supplier Item Level) – Items in the Loop with the external supplier should be set to Empty Box especially if using the FIFO configuration option – Turn on Auto Accept for the Raw Materials Workcenter 8
