Presentation transcript:

 Junk food isn’t just sweet lollies and fast food. It is also food that has a large amount of salt and sugar and has very low or has no amount of nutrients or minerals.  After 15 years, those who eat fast food more than twice a week are in risk of gaining diabetes.  Studies show that eating junk food leads to a vicious cycle of continuous junk food craving. After eating junk food, we feel lazy and want to watch TV or go on the net, and when we recover from feeling lazy we feel irritable and unsettled, and that leads to eating more junk food.

 Our skin and our blood cells are replaced once every few months. This is all done by eating proteins, minerals and vitamins.  What we eat is very important because it is also what we eat that causes sickness and diseases.  The food you eat have a big affect on your mental and physical health.
