Ayres Rock. Name:Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Country state: Australia Northern Territory. Year designated:1987 Elevation:863m Prominence:348m Coordinates: 25* 20'42's 131* 02'10'E. Ayres rock is a very huge sandstone rock formation in the southern part of the Northern Territory, Central Australia. It is located 335km south west of the nearest town 'Alice Springs' 450km by road. Kata Tjuta and Uluru are the two major features of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

Great Barrier Reef. Site: Great Barrier Reef. Location: Queensland,Australia. Year designated:1981. Category: Natural. The Great Barrier Reef is the worlds largest coral system composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching over 2,600 kilometres The Great Barrier Reef is found in the Coral sea of the coast of Queensland in North-East Australia.

Victoria Falls. Site:Mosi-oa-Tunya(vitoria falls) Location: Zambia and Zimbabwe. Year designated:1989 Reason: This waterfall is amoung the most impressive to be found anywhere in the world. Total height: 355 feet. Water course: Zambezi River. The Victoria falls is a waterfall found in the southern Africia on the Zambezi River between the countries of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The Zambezi is more than 1.25miles wide and 345 feet.

Easter Island. Site: Easter Island. Location: Capital Hanga Roa Chile. Year designated: Easter island is in the south-eastern Pacific Ocean. A special Chile that was shared in 1888, Easter island is famous for 887 extant monumental statues, the statues are maoi created by Rapanui people. The name ‘ Easter Island’ was given by the first recorded European visitor, Dutch explorer Jacob Roggeveen, who created it as Easter Sunday 1722.
