1.Grab pink paper while walking into class. 2.Take out homework (multiplication puzzles). 3.Time for a Math Materials Check: You need your math binder with 5 dividers and a pencil. 4.Label the first divider “NOTES.” Place a piece of notebook paper in this section. Put today’s date in the top right corner. Write “Number Sense” in the top left corner. Then write the title: PLACE VALUE, on the top line. Copy today’s goal under the title. The goal is located on the board. 5.If you have a pair of scissors, get them out.
