COMPANY DESCRIPTION All over the world is travel agency where you can buy airline tickets, room nights, tours, cruises and all-inclusive vacations. We negotiate special deals with leading airlines, hotels, resorts and cruises -- the brands that you know and trust -- to offer you amazing bargains. We are a privately held company and we have a small corporate centre in Valjevo, with five offices in three locations throughout the country.

ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT The president of the company is Kristina Jovanovic Our Board, comprising the Chief Executive, five executive directors including seventeen employees who are happy to work with individual clients as well as with groups - we are here to listen to wishes of our clients and prepare an individually taylored program for them. The All over the world team is experienced in the travel business. All members have over five years experience. Moreover, they are willing to sacrifice extra time and effort to build a successful business.

SERVICES All over the world is a full service agency which sells standard travel agency goods and services, with a lot of advice, information, modern solutions and with description of destinations all over the world. The added value of All over the world 's offering is its knowledge and expertise, competitive rates, and specialty focus on adventure travel, which translate into increased satisfaction for the customer. Adventure travel activities are a specialized product, and first-hand knowledge of these activities is necessary in order to effectively promote and sell them because some potential customers are unsure of the location they wish to reach.

Financials Our main investors:Komercijalna banka AD Beograd but we have our own capital to start the business. The company's estimated sales for the first year of operations is 534,607 euro, increasing 10% annually for the next two years. We Think That one of the best ways to establish cost goals for annual planning is to benchmark our costs with other firms in our industry: All over the world does not require a deposit and it includes some extras: Trip Cost Trip Cancellation & Interruption 500 euroTravel Delay ($100 maximum per day) 1,000 euroBaggage and Travel Documents 100 euroBaggage Delay 10,000 euroMedical Expenses 20,000 euroEmergency Medical Transportation

Competition In the travel industry, as in other industries, there are large national chains. All over the world has approximately 20 immediate competitors throughout the country. The main competitors are: ”Travel agency” based in Valjevo”, “ Argus Tours” based in Belgrade, “Duga Travel” based in Belgrade and “Euro Tours” based in Nis.

MARKET ANALYSIS The travel and tourism market is separated into two main categories, business and leisure travel. Each contribute about 45% to total revenues. The remainder of revenues are generated from combined business/leisure trips. The market is further separated into domestic and international travel. Domestic travel accounts for approximately 30% of industry revenues. Adventure travelers are slightly more likely to be men aged However an increasing number of adventure travelers are women (some statistics suggest that women comprise 49% of the adventure market). Men on average spend more than women on their adventure travels. All over the world’s primary customers are married couples, ages 25-35, with children and household incomes over 50,000 euro.
