REGULATIONS IN WEST VIRGINIA WEST VIRGINIA LAW DOES NOT REQUIRE INSPECTIONS FOR CHEMICAL STORAGE FACILITIES ONLY FOR PRODUCTION FACILITIES FACILITY REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN TANKS FACILITY HAD THE ONLY PERMIT IT WAS REQUIRED TO HAVE INDUSTRIAL STORM WATER PERMIT
