Essential Questions What are the business practices, proper protocol and greetings in a Chinese- speaking country? How do the business practices of a Chinese-speaking country relate to cultural dimensions and intercultural communication styles?

Connecting Research Presentation: Business Communications in Chinese-speaking Countries Divide in groups of 3.. Each group will be assigned a Chinese- speaking country listed in the book, Kiss, Bow, or Shake Hands (China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan). Your task will be to design a five-minute PowerPoint presentation on your assigned country to be presented to the class. To assist in your research, you need to use the Presentation Organizer. Your notes for the presentation will be turned in for evaluation. The Presentation Rubric will be distributed to use as a guide in preparing for your PowerPoint presentations. Review the rubric. You will be given 2 class periods to work on your presentation
