Manuscript Submission Manuscripts submitted to Editorial Office Authors submit: Hard copies directly, electronically via and direct transfer from mass storage devices to Journal computers
Review Process Initial evaluation for suitability and adherence to Journal layout requirements Two or three reviewers identified Manuscript blinded and sent to reviewers Reviewers are blinded
