A DVISORY B OARD P ROCEDURES  Review and score full grants proposals in advance based on common evaluation criteria  Participate in evaluation meeting and provide recommendations  Propose decision on each proposal regarding its approval, rejection or pending status  Request further information, technical correction or concrete improvement
