О мероприятии First international congress Days of Ice Arenas is to become a platform for experience exchange, and demonstration of innovative equipment and management solutions. It is a dialog between the authorities and business. First international congress Days of Ice Arenas is a part of the Russia – the Country of Sports forum and Modern Sport: Innovations and Opportunities exhibition. The events are held with participation of the Administration of the President, Russian Government, Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation.
