5 Point Assignment Children’s Book Create a 6 page, illustrated children’s book, using 6 different inventions. The book needs to be written in the reading level of an elementary student. Each page should include a picture, and a 4-5 sentence story of the invention and how it helped America. Glogster/Prezi Create a presentation on the Industrial Revolution. You must detail each invention: Must include a picture, inventor, what it does, and how it impacted society. Kahoot Using Kahoot you will create a 15 question game utilizing the tools that the program offers. You should include pictures and questions should be based on the inventor and the inventions. You will need to have 4 answer choices for each question.

8 Point Assignment Essay You will create a 2 page essay on the effects of the Industrial Revolution of America. In your essay you must include the effects (positive and negative) on industry and farming and how America became more sectionalized (North and South). This should be well written using proper grammar, organization (minimum 4 paragraphs, 2 full pages) Scrapbook You will receive a manila folder and complete a shutter fold. The cover must include a Title, pictures of inventions, should be colored. The 2 inside flaps must include 4 inventions with a colored picture or printed and 3-4 sentence summary of those inventions. The middle will include what you believe are the 2 most important inventions. You will write a 5-6 sentence summary of the invention, what it does, inventor, how it impacted America. You will also draw a picture of what workers did before invention and a picture of how it is used which shows how it makes life easier.

10 Point Assignment Website You will create a google site on the Industrial Revolution. You will have a main page that details the Revolution. You will have pages for each invention. The pages need to titled for each invention. On each page you should have pictures, details of the invention, inventor, when it was invented, how it helped American society. You must also include at least 1 link for each invention on each page, you must also site where you found your pictures. Your last page should be on Sectionalism. You need to show how Sectionalism grew during the Industrial Revolution and explain why. Note – The information you include should be original, not copy and pasted from websites.
