Drug Discount Card Provided to patients to buy medications at a predetermined price that includes the discounted medication price, pharmacy dispensing fee and administration fee. This drug list will include medications falling into pricing categories such as $10, $20, $30 etc. Development of Centralized Intake/Determination of Income Eligibility Intake forms will be available and filled out by patients at site of care; Free Clinic, CHC, RHC etc. Forms sent to Iowa Prescription Drug Corporation (IDPC) for processing and verification of eligibility level. The eligibility information will be used for accessing medications through the Manufacturers Assistance Program (MAP) and Drug Discount Program
