Principles of Hospitality & Tourism

Principles of Hospitality & Tourism (Course #3015) Climb aboard the Panther Express as we explore the career opportunities in the lodging industry (hotels, motels, bed& breakfast), travel & tourism, recreation, amusement parks, resorts, cruise line ships, restaurants, and the food & beverage industries. In this exciting project based full year course, culinary arts will be practiced throughout the year. Learn to cook, bake, and eat what you make. Guest speakers will visit from the industry to share their experiences, as well as a possible field trip to a related behind the scenes tour of a hospitality & tourism location in San Antonio.
