How people feel with anxiety  People with anxiety have constant worries and fear that overwhelm them, which interfere with their daily lives  They worry about an uncertain outcome

Sign and symptoms of anxiety  People can feel Feeling nervous Trembling Feeling weak or tired

Where to go for help  They can seek help from a primary doctor, who can check for another health condition leading to your anxiety  You could also go and see a psychiatrist

Testing and being diagnosed  Your doctor will have you fill psychological questionnaire  Your doctor will do a physical exam to look and see if your anxiety is related to another health condition

How you will be treated for anxiety  The first treatment option would be psychotherapy  Another would be medication Including: Antidepressants Buspirone Benzodiazepines

Anxiety if left on treated  You could develop a physical illness  Troubles with relationships  Has higher risk of suicide or self-harm  They could then lead a life of isolation

Statistics on anxiety  Only 1/3 of people who suffer from anxiety get proper treatment  Approximately 86% of people who suffer and don’t seek help are inadequate for getting rid of anxiety

What I would say to someone who had anxiety  I would tell them that everyone suffers from something and a lot of others suffer from anxiety, so they aren’t alone. I would tell them that its okay to help and people won’t make fun of them, and if they do I’ll stick up for them and stay by their side.
