Objetivos  Read an article on a specific Spanish speaking country and work in groups to present information about a country’s capital, climate, products and population to the class.  Compare and contrast the lifestyle in various Spanish speaking countries with our own in the United States.  Recognize vocabulary related to weather and seasons in order to understand descriptions of climates described in a short story and summarize the major ideas of each story  Review interrogatives and question word order in order to respond to questions related to a story about two different vacations in Spanish speaking countries.  Compare and contrast the vacations of characters described in two different short stories using a venn diagram.

Presentaciones  Each group will present their poster and additional information they found important in their article to the class. (Remember: each group member must contribute to the presentation)  As each group presents, take notes in each box on your graphic organizer.
