What is HBI?  National leader for career training in the construction industry  Supports the labor needs of national, regional, state and local Home Builders Associations  Provides customized training for underserved and vulnerable populations, as well as those requiring training/retraining  Documents an 80 percent job placement rate for graduates  Builds character and self-esteem through involvement with the broader community

HBI Mentoring: The Model  Exposes Youth to Multiple and Diverse Career Pathways Within the Home Building Industry  Implements a Team Approach to Foster Youth and Adult Bonding  Uses Community Service Projects to Promote Relationship Building and Community Attachment
