What is a kick? Using one’s foot to strike an object with enough force to make the object move

When would I kick? Football – field goal, extra point, kickoff, punt Soccer – pass, dribble, shoot, punt Rugby – kick, punt, pass Speedball – kick, pass, dribble

How do I kick? Every kicker has their own style Different techniques for kicking (for distance), passing, punting, dribbling Style of kick depends on the activity RUGBY
