Outsourcing Transferring company’s recurring and non-core internal activities and decision rights to outside providers Set forth in a contract, in order for the company to gain advantages

Conclusions As world markets trend towards increased competition and an ever increasing need for decreased production costs, many companies will find the need to outsource many more functions in the value chain and supply chain.
