Our experience Visionary Stage  Companies learn about the importance of education  Educational process in companies is not systematic  Companies do not conduct needs' appraisals and educational programs are not tailored to meet those needs  Employee education is based merely on formal eduaction and periodical trainings through open seminars  International institutions and the State encourage change with the goal of capacity building and awareness raising on continuous learning process Advanced StageFoundation Stage Our expirience: USAID; EBRD; MINISTRY OF ECONOMY, LABOR AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP  Companies realize the need for tailored training programmes for their specific industry sector  Companies turn towards additional educational programmes i.e. Specific industry seminars and in-house seminars  Companies that understand the importance of new technologies embrace the e-learning concept  At national level, education is stimulated in order to increase competitiveness  Adittional eduaction is accepted as a common business process Our expirience: CHAMBER OF ECONOMY; CHAMBER OF ECONOMY B&H; CENTER FOR COMPETITIVENESS  Education becomes a necessity in business operations  Companies aim to fully adjust educational programmes to their needs – Internal academies  E-learning becomes part of the learning process  Education becomes a work method – conducted continuously within the company  Participation in open seminars is planned, organized, tailored to fit the company's needs and is conducted as required Our expirience: TRAINING CENTER; e-HRM; KNOWLEDGE DIMENSIONS; NTERNAL ACADEMY

Our vision of the future Companies looking at the future should base their employees' developement on lifelong learning programme in order to continuously improve internal level of knowledge and in order to acheive long term company competitiveness. The future of educational programmes is based on the advantages of modern technologies and complete customization of educational programmes to the needs of specific companies and employee preferences. Harmonization of the aforementioned needs is acheived through implementation of internal academies in companies.
