Register / Login in to portalwww.starhealth.in If you are using this facility for the 1 st time, Register yourself by giving valued inputs else just Login using your Username and Password

Keep these Details ready to process next Step Policy Number, Proposer Code and Date of birth You can find Policy Number Here Proposer Code Date of Birth

Attach your expiring policy to Online Portal Click on Attach Policy under the Menu – My Policies Then input all parameters (Policy Number, Proposer Code and DOB) and click on Attach Click on Attach Policy under the Menu – My Policies Then input all parameters (Policy Number, Proposer Code and DOB) and click on Attach

Just click on My Policies to view your attached policy Click on Renew Now link under Actions

Make any Changes if necessary If you want to make any changes in respect of Contact Number and Address you can change it here before Proceeding to next Step. Then Click on Proceed

Click on Purchase Policy to make the Payment You can View Renewal Notice here before making the payment then click on Purchase Policy

Select your Payment Gateway here Select your desired payment gateway from ICICI / Bill Desk / Its Cash or Net Banking

Select your Payment Option Select your desired payment Option like Debit Card / Cash Card / Credit Card or Net Banking then click on Submit Button

Enter your Card Details and finalize the Payment Input all required credentials and click on Make Payment

Its Almost Finish!! – Just Download the Policy It will be reflected in you’re my Policies Menu and you will receive a confirmation mail through your registered ID
