Progress Report NSDS Achieved a performance rating of 96% Employed and unemployed learnership/apprenticeships targets exceeded by 31% SMME support – exceeded target by 37% Established two ISOEs, one in Vredenburg to support the Saldanha Bay fabrication hub in the repair and manufacturing of offshore oil rigs and one in Eastern Cape, Midlands Uitenhage to support the COEGA IDZ Sponsored the training of 11 students in India on the design, development and manufacturing of tooling. September 2006
