What is Darul Ihsan? Future home of Alton Mussallah. It is located at the intersection of Tim Dobbie Drive & Thomas Alton Blvd. It is under construction – delayed due to contracts. The facility is owned by Muslim families and businesses. The facility will be rented to Darul Ihsan
Objectives of Darul Ihsan A multi-purpose facility with activities seven days a week; Children classes: Reading Qur’an for small kids; Understanding Qur’an for older children; Sisters gatherings be it: Social, cultural or religious studies; Workshops on various topics and become a social hub; Brothers to have Tafseer and Hadith lessons along with prayers or stand-alone between prayers; and, A social focus could be established for seniors use.

Investor Option … Total cost of turn-key project is $650,000 There are two share options: Full Share at $10,000 – We have twenty four shares open. Non-voting $2,500 Share Both types of shares will yield dividends. Dividends will depend upon the revenues to cover rents. Please see the Fact Sheets. Membership Forms are also available.
Darul Ihsan Supporter Option … Yearly operating cost of the facility is projected between $60,000 and $65,000. Includes rental, insurance, property maintenance, common area expenses. We need 100 families donating $600 annually. We are negotiating options with HIA on these aspects. Please see the Fact Sheet on Darul Ihsan operations.
