 The Party was founded in 1966  They dissolved in 1982  They were founded in Oakland California

 There was six main people  Their main leader was Huey P. Newton

 They created 26 rules that they wanted to happen that went toward African Americans  There most important rule they wanted was FREEDOM!

 When Huey P. Newton went to jail everyone that was on the Black Panthers side demanded for him to be free
