 Physical Required by the End of the 1 st Week of School  Website is now open until April 28 th  Very important you put an order in now  Clothing Requirements:  Athletic Shirt and Short - $16.00  Shorts - $10.00Shirts -$6.00  Optional:  Sweats - $40.00  (Hoodie - $25.00 Bottoms - $15.00)  As well as any other apparel that is on the website

 Parent Notes -- only good for 2 days then we must have a doctors note  24 Hour Rule  3 Strikes Policy  Athletic Clothes, No Jewelry, and Hair Up  Be on time  Notify coaches if you will be gone or late  Grades are checked weekly

 After School Practices  3:50 pm-5:45 pm  Every day  Must be pick-up by 6pm (on the Gym Side)  Games on Thursdays  Home games -- required to stay to support teammates If a child misses practice it can affect their playing time

 Before School Practices  7:30 am-9:55 am  Gym opens at 7:00 am  Every day  Games on Thursday  Home games -- required to stay to support teammates If a child misses practice it can affect their playing time

 Volleyball and Basketball - Thursdays  5:00 “C” Teams  6:00 “B” Teams  7:00 “A” Teams  Game will start 10 minutes after previous game.  All teams will have one tournament. “A” team has the possibility of playing in the district tournament.  Cross Country - Wednesdays 4:30  Start at 4:30 (with staggered start times for the different races)  Track – Thursdays 4:305:00  Field Events start at 4:30 / Running events 5:00  Soccer – Tuesdays / Thursdays  5:00 “A” Team  6:00 “B” Team  Game will start 10 minutes after previous game.  “A” team has the possibility of playing in the district tournament.
