Flexi – Using the service Modes to avail the service: 1. SMS 2. CC 1. SMS syntax for starting this service is : DISHTV FLEXI 500 for RMN; For NON RMN: DISHTV FLEXI 500 to Criteria for initiating the service : Minimum amount criteria: Rs 500 would be the minimum flexi amount criteria to avail this offer (to start this service) [old Update] ****New Update on Miminimum Flexi Amount WEF 17 th feb'14 We have removed the Rs 500 criteria for moving the subs to flexi offer. However if the subscriber status is Deactive, then we will take the advance request form the customer and as soon as the subscriber gets active, the connection will move to Flexi. So for the deactive subscribers the request can be taken and as soon as the subscriber becomes active the connection will move into Flexi. The status of the subscriber has to get active within 2 days of taking the request. After the flexi request once the subscriber becomes active within 2 days, the connection will move to Flexi. *Service available only for a fixed set of subscribers.

Flexi – Management START the FLEXI : For the First time when the customer opts for the service, then automatically the Flexi service will start in the Customers TV. From Next Time Onwards when the customer wants to start and Stop the TV, the below modes would be used. 1. SMS 2. CC SMS syntax for starting the FLEXI is : DISHTV START F for RMN; For NON RMN: DISHTV START F to STOP the FLEXI : To Stop the FLEXI the below modes to be used: 1. SMS 2. CC SMS syntax for stopping the TV is : DISHTV STOP F for RMN; For NON RMN: DISHTV STOP F to Moving out of Flexi: The TRANSFER request to NORMAL Plan will be Processed ONLY through the CALL CENTRE with the below condition: The customer has to make a recharge of Rs 500 in the last 7 days of giving the transfer request

Flexi – through Call Me 1. The inquiry leads would be integrated to the call me service. Any customer making an inquiry through SMS/IVR would get a call back to communicate the offer details. 2. This offer is a segmented offer hence, only a fixed list of customer will be eligible for the offer. Call me/IT to filter the lead from the fixed list of the customers and then pass on the call information. Flexi -Pitch The Agent calling the customer will pitch the offer as per the below guidelines: 1.The agent shall highlight the freedom of paying only when the customer is actually watching the TV and not for the complete month. 2.For the days when the TV (Flexi plan) is stopped the customer will not be charged. 3.The Agent shall highlight the daily charges of the flexi pack rather than the monthly cost of the Flexi pack. 4.The pitch should be flexibility and convenience, with the convenience of charging only on the days the Flexi is Switched ON.

FAQ’s Activate: Instant (Billing only flexi pack) Deactivate: We are taking your request for STOP however it will stop at 11:59pm (Billing only normal pack) STOP: Needs to pay on that particular day also. START: Needs to pay on that particular day also. Package Change: There is no direct movement from Flexi to Flexi pack. 10% bonus point will applicable (active subscriber) & Grace charges will be applicable. If a customer is moving from Flexi to Normal pack will it be called a downgrade and downgrade policy will applicable on that. Ans: This is Exit process. NOT Downgrade. Customer has to make a payment of Rs 500 in last 7 days. If a customer is having balance of rupees 400 in his account and he wants to migrate his package from normal to flexi, how much he has to recharge?: Ans: The Minimum balance has to be Rs 500 at the time of taking the request for immediate migration. If a customer has migrated his pack from Normal to Flexi or vice versa, which pack cost will be charged from his account for that particular day.: Ans The Billing would be as per the new Package same as the upgrade policy.
