The real questions is what are Ergonomics? SSo the word ergonomics split up into 2 words and it comes from the Greek words "ergon," meaning work, and "nomos" meaning "laws. TThe career that handles theory, principles, data and methods to design and to boost the human well-being and overall system doing.

What Does the Ergonomics Standard Do?  At the center of the ergonomics controversy is a rule that is designed to protect workers from musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), such as carpal tunnel syndrome or back injuries.

Just the right posture Keep the body in alignment while sitting in an office chair and while standing Use friendly posture props and ergonomic office chairs when sitting Use exercise to help prevent injury and promote good posture Regular exercise such as walking, swimming, or bicycling will help the body stay aerobically conditioned

What will happen if you don’t use ergonomics Some side effects  Head aches  Lower back pain  Upper back pain  carpal tunnel syndrome What you will look like

Some equipment that will help you! Some equipment that will defiantly help are: ACAComputer chair that goes to your standards with 3 levers to move the height, back and legs And a key board that lets you rest your hands with out discomfort
