Unlocking Circulatory System

Introduction Objectives:  Define and give importance to Circulatory System  Name major parts of the Circulatory System  List down the functions and importance of each of the parts of the Circulatory System

Target Group: Grade Six pupils Duration Mode: 15 mins./student-centered Instructions: When you see this sign, write down your answer on the worksheet. When you see this sign, discuss with your partner.

Definition and Importance of Circulatory System Learning the human body is interesting! It is because, it is all about US! Based on your previous knowledge, what is circulatory system? What is/are the importance it has to human? (discuss with your partner and write down your answer on the worksheet provided) Definition and Importance of Circulatory System

Major Parts of the Circulatory System Look at the pictures, can you name what are they ?

Heart Do you think man can live without a heart? What are its importance to man? What does it do to our body?

Blood Do you think man can live without the blood running through his/her body? What are its importance to man? What does it do to our body?
