How To Use Roll On Oils We also offer a line of Essential Oils which can be applied as a roll on. We also offer an adapter for each individual Oil so it can be used as a roll on as well! This makes it more convenient to carry with you and apply. Note: Remember to be careful when applying “Hot Oils” to the skin… such as peppermint and thieves, etc.

Diffusers: They Work For Hours On Auto Pilot! We also offer a line of Diffusers to help send Essential Oils into the air so you can breathe them and enjoy the benefits of the oils automatically for hours! You can place drops of the oils in the diffusers, turn it on, and just walk away! For example, many people turn on their diffusers during the day to stay awake and focused. Now Let’s Go Step By Step! Choose an oil Open the bottle Place it 3 inches above one of your palms Tilt the bottle, wait for it to drip out on your palm NOTE: THE BIG HOLE IS THE AIR HOLE, THE SMALL HOLE IS WHERE THE OIL COMES OUT! For the first time, only use 1 drop After that you can use 1-3 drops on average Rub your palms together in a circle 3 times Hold your hand 3 inches from your nose, Inhale and smell the oils on your palms Now rub your palms on Your wrists (for 10 seconds) On your neck (for 10 seconds) Now choose another oil you would like to use Repeat process
