Step 1: Go to your smartphone “App” store Apple Store, Google Play, etc. Search for “touchbanking” (which is all one word) Install the free Fiserv, Inc. App Tap OPEN once the install is complete Activate your mobile banking app “touchbanking”
Step 2: Activate your app for the first time Enter the App Code: Community123 Enter your online banking username Tap Continue Activate your mobile banking app
Step 3: For security reasons, you will be asked one of your security questions upon your first login. Answer the security question Tap Continue Activate your mobile banking app
Step 4: Enter your online banking password (case sensitive) Tap Log In Activate your mobile banking app
