What the application does?  Bio-specimen are small samples of material, such as urine, blood and DNA, it may be from human, animals or plants.  The application will be used by researcher at various site.  Allow user on site to scan the barcode on a bio-specimen tube and send the details to the server.  Provides input data for the laboratory information management system for (SANBI).
