History of PHTLS Program in the Saudi Chapter Introduced in Riyadh, KSA in May 2000 Under the auspices of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) in cooperation with the COT of the ACS. Designed for all health care professionals The Saudi Chapter has 4 PHTLS Centers: Riyadh, Dhahran, Makkah & Bahrain
