You can …, not turn anything on …[and] see what they are talking about....You can kind of hear what they are really struggling on without any bias for you being in the room. I was more intrusive than I had ever been in face to face because I was watching what they were doing at all times….In online I think I’ve butted in more than I ever had in face to face.
