Engineers Without Borders-UK Placements Team This Weekend: Purpose >Empowering our Project Managers< You, our project managers, are responsible for planning, preparing for, monitoring and evaluating projects; the hub of a network of people that enable, and learn from each project. This training session will enable you to fulfil this role by exploring what it could involve, discussing difficulties you may face, and offering support and guidance in building, accessing these networks. The training session will also give you the skills and understanding to fairly and professionally place the best volunteers for your projects. 1. Overview
