BENEFITS OF SOFTWARE  Increases chances of passing written test  Increase amount of time spent practicing  Overcome driving anxiety  Start good driving habits  Safe and secure area to practice unlike roads  Instruct multiple students in driving at a time

BENEFITS OF TECHNOLOGY  Alcohol goggles = demonstration in driving under the influence Reduce chances students will drink and drive  Students learn where the gas and brake are located  Students learn to react to situations without hesitation  Students learn concept of steering wheel and component of car  Become familiar with difficult maneuvers parallel parking, merging, and passing other vehicles

BENEFITS TO DRIVER’S EDUCATION CLASS  Make class more interactive  Students will have ample time for hands on activity  Students will learn more since they are engaged in the lesson  Prepare the students not only for written test, but also real life driving  The students will have more confidence in driving and understand risks of driving under the influence

MY TESTIMONY  As a driver instructor I see the following: Students have minimum experience with a wheel Students are terrified of driving Students panic when situations arise because of inexperience Students have to process every move that they make Example: making left hand turn = turn but forget to signal Students are overwhelmed with learning everything in short period Students start with bad habits because of watching parents Example: driving with one hand or rolling stops

PLEASE CONSIDER  The equipment/software will last for years to come  The students will benefit immensely from the product  Students will become safer, better drivers  Possibility of saving students lives from drinking and driving  Make the classroom more engaging  Students will want to come to class to learn

PLEASE CONSIDER CONT.:  The software/technology incorporates all learning styles  Various assessments and projects are possible  Students will understand the technology/software is not play toys I will see daily results from the program  There are trials for the software for further explanation

THANK YOU!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!
