Brainstorm What is a real job?

 You get paid the same wage as everyone else doing that job  The job helps you to meet your life goals and aspirations  The job role is valued by managers and colleagues  The job has similar hours and times at work as other people with safe working conditions

Brainstorm What learning helps people to get jobs?

 Support to understand the types of jobs people can do and trying these out  Understanding about your benefits  Travelling independently  Understanding the rules at work  Training on the job from a Job Coach  Work-based learning

Supported Internships  Study Programme  Spend most of your time with an employer  On-the-job training from a tutor and job coach  Qualifications from what you learn at work  Support to find and keep a job do/supported-internships/pfa-factsheet-videos
