What is Rosacea?.Rosacea is an inflamitory skin disorder which basically affects the face..Rosacea produces tiny, red, pus-filled bumps, and facial redness.
What causes Rosacea? According to the National Rosacea Society (2012) there are many theories, the underlying cause or causes of rosacea have not been proven. It is hoped that ongoing research will lead to improvements in its potential prevention or cure.
What group of people does Rosacea mostlikely affect? If one is: years of age.fair-skinned.a female(although this is true, men usually have more severe symtoms) Which leads one to think...
What are the symptoms? The symptoms of Rosacea include: Redness of the face Blushing or flushing easily A lot of spider-like blood vessels (telangiectasia) of the face Red nose (called bulbous nose) Acne-like skin sores that may ooze or crust Burning or stinging feeling in the face Irritated, bloodshot, watery eyes
Treatments These are: Avoid sun exposure. Use sunscreen every day. Avoid a lot of activity in hot weather. Try to reduce stress. Try deep breathing, yoga, or other relaxation techniques. Limit spicy foods, alcohol, and hot beverages. Although there are no known cures for Rosacea, there are steps to ease or prevent symptoms.
