 1 mango  2 oranges  1 / 2 small pineapple  1 kiwi  1 apple  18 grapes  2 pears conference or lemon  1 slice of watermelon chunks 

 Chop the apple, mango, watermelon, pears and kiwi into small pieces. Oranges cut into wedges and then each part into two or three. The berries are cut in half by removing SEMIL if they have any.  Make a vinaigrette with olive oil base, half orange juice, a little honey, until a thick sauce.  Bring fruit to a bowl. Sprinkle everything with the sauce and leave it parked in the refrigerator a few hours to absorb the sauce fruits and release their own juices and flavors.  Before serving at the table garnish with mint leaves or mint.  You have your fruit salad ready to delight all your guests. Anyway I recommend you get out of the recipe and try your favorite fruit combinations. It is essential then add some juice with sugar to the fruit is more tender and sweet
