HOW FAST CAN A TURTLE RUN BY JOHN CALLAHAN & JACOB HARRIS

FIRST SEARCH At first glance searching “How fast can a turtle run” seems to have some legitimate results, but lets check out the first link and see what it says…

FIRST LINK At first glance this link does indeed explain the speed of a turtle, but instead of talking about how fast a turtle can run on land it explains how fast a “sea” turtle can swim. The infromation is interesting but not what was intended, lets try a more specialized search.

HOW FAST CAN A TURTLE RUN? By eliminating filler words like How and Can a and adding more relevant words like Land Turtle and Top Speed I was able to narrow down my results to the information I intended

FIRST LINK TO “LAND TURTLE TOP SPEED” SEARCH Unlike the first link to my last search, this link not only gives the speed of a land turtle like the search intended, but also gives the top speeds of all turtles, land, aquatic, or sub aquatic

CONCLUSION How Fast Can a Turtle Run VS. Land Turtle Top Speed Gave many results that were not relevant to the intended topic of search By eliminating “filling words” and adding words more relevant to the search like “Land Turtle” and “Top Speed:” the search results were far more relevant to the intended search results.
