SOFTWARE COMPANY Long Term Perspective  Borsa Istanbul and Istanbul Technical University have been planning to establish a software company  It will be located at ITU ARI Teknokent  The aim of the project is to synthetize the experience of Borsa Istanbul with the academic knowledge of ITU in order to contribute financial sector 7

FİNANS TEKNOPARK A.Ş. AIM OF THE PROJECT  to establish a thematic (finance-oriented) technopark in İstanbul  to host companies which develop products and software in financial IT field Structure of technopark 8 Borsa İstanbulBoğaziçi University Founders Shareholders 50%

FİNANS TEKNOPARK A.Ş. DIFFERENCES OF FİNANS TEKNOPARK  The unique technopark in Turkey with finance- oriented structure  Project will reveal the fact that progress in technology can be sustained by cooperation between a stock exchange and a university  It is aimed to allocate at least ten percent (legally five percent) of rental areas for incubation center 9
