Since 1974, #1 Network has focused the collective resources of its individual stockholder dealers on a mission of creating the industry's most impressive product portfolio. Today, #1 Network is clearly America’s fastest growing BRAND. #1 Network brand technologies represent the most advanced and comprehensive portfolio of “High Performance” consumable products. #1 Network products include, but are not limited to: The industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of Inkjet substrates. A wide range of “advanced” Printing Plate Technologies. “Total solution” Press Room Products. The Industry’s Premier Portfolio of “High Performance” Graphic Arts Films! #1 Network’s extensive portfolio of products are carefully designed to maximize production performance, quality and purchasing “value”. #1 Network products are represented by local #1 Network dealers. With nationwide member branches, #1 Network dealers constitute the industry’s largest distribution channel and the nation’s largest “local” technical field force. Through frequent benchmark evaluations and research programs, #1 Network seeks to continually perfect the #1 Network Brand portfolio to set new industry standards. Product formulas and designs are amplified by intellectual properties in areas which may include, but are not limited to, emulsion specifications, improved substrates, unique finishing techniques, and proprietary process performance enhancements. #1 Network’s exclusive dedicated “world class” manufacturing facility is augmented by partnerships with carefully selected premier “outsource” production facilities. #1 Network Brand films, Inkjet substrates and Printing Plate emulsions are coated internationally in the world’s premier, “state of the art” Master Coating facilities! #1 Network #436HP IR.... “Sharp Dot” Infrared Imagesetting Film Rapid Access Development.. with Sharp Dot Performance! #1 Network, Inc., P.O. Box 1627, Effingham, Il (217) Fax (217)

“Sharp Dot” Infrared Imagesetting Film #1 Network Sharp Dot emulsions are superior to other films. Proprietary technology yields a film that generates exceptionally high contrast. This higher contrast affects silver halide development resulting in significantly sharper dots, higher D-Max and consistent printing results. Sharp Dot films do not require dedicated developers, higher replenishment rates or stronger dilutions, because their emulsion technology is not based on internally coated boosters. Sharp Dot films develop just like traditional Rapid Access films, yet deliver significantly higher quality results. #1 Network Sharp Dot Infrared films:  Are designed for imagesetters with infrared laser diode exposing sources (780 to 820 nanometers).  Are optimized with faster exposure speeds to permit lower laser intensities.  Exhibit absolutely outstanding process and exposure latitude.  Do not require special film processors or strong circulation to achieve high contrast or even development.  Are tolerant of extremes in processing and develop equally well in both high and low volume environments.  Produce remarkably crisp sharp dots and consistent density measurements across the exposed sheet.  Virtually eliminate unsightly processing artifacts and can never cause pepper spots.  Utilize low replenishment and high dilution rates, producing significant developer cost savings.  Are manufactured with “Advanced Precision Registration” synthetic gelatin emulsion coatings. These advanced synthetic gelatin emulsions are designed to maximize image dimensional stability and hold registration better, even when subjected to harsh temperature and humidity variations.  Are coated with a “Diamond Hard” DH overcoats for exceptional resistance to scratching, handling and processing artifacts.  Are available in normal “lithographic” or “flexo” Matte. These microscopic size polymer matte beads are precisely coated on the photographic emulsion to allow rapid vacuum draw down on litho printing plates.  #436HP IR “M” emulsion is coated utilizing larger polymer beads, which allow the optimum evacuation of escaping gases released during the exposure of flexo plates. “#1 Network guarantees that all #1 Network Films, Printing Plates, and Inkjet substrates will equal or outperform every other brand of equivalent product made anywhere on the planet, when exposed, processed or utilized according to published #1 Network recommendations. If any of these products fail to perform to the customer’s satisfaction, they may return the unused portion for a full refund. “ Rapid Access Development with Sharp Dot Performance! #1 Network #436HP IR #1 Network Sharp Dot films process well in virtually any RA developer. However, if these films are processed in #1 Network’s unique High Performance developers, customers will realize faster emulsion speeds, increased development latitude, higher D-Max, enhanced contrast, better resolution and shaper dots. #1 Network developer also lasts longer and stays cleaner than other developers, minimizing the potential for greasy buildup on processor entrance rollers and the developer section especially during periods of low volume usage. #1 Network’s distinctive “self cleaning” fixers continuously loosen and remove silver deposits and chalky buildup from the fixer, wash and dryer section.
