The Handa Foundation (THF) is an NGO registered in both the U.S. and the U.K. It is non-religious, non-political, and created to build sustainable hospitals and schools in SE Asia. It was founded in 2012 by a generous Japanese philanthropist named Dr. Haruhisa Handa.
