Travel Arrangements - Outbound Meet at school at 12:30pm on Saturday 15 th December Executive coach to Dover 10pm ferry (1.5 hours) Continue on coach Arrive in resort approximately midday on Sunday 16 th December

Travelling Outbound Please make sure you bring enough food/snacks and drinks for the journey. There will be stops along the way to purchase more if necessary (a small amount of money in Pounds Sterling will be needed for this). Pillows and sleeping bags are recommended Travel through Mont Blanc Tunnel!

Where is it? Situated in the extreme north-west of Italy, to the west is the French border and to the north, the Swiss border.

Spending Money Once in resort all activities and meals are included in the cost. Pupils can take a maximum of £90 spending money. This MUST be given to Mr Oberg in Euros on or before Friday 3 rd December. This will be kept by Mrs Young and will be given out at set times while in resort.

Medicines If your son or daughter requires any type of medication (including travel sickness tablets) it must be given to Mr Munro on or before Friday 3 rd December. Staff will store the medication safely and administer as prescribed. In the case of asthma, pupils will carry their own inhalers plus it is essential that staff must carry a secondary inhaler.
