Inspection 2008 – Fire Department In violation of the Fire Code – no fire separation in the attic area Possible fire separation issues with the crawl space as well Relocated one tenant as soon as we had a suitable unit available to bring us into compliance Second Inspection – August 2008 Engineers confirmed : The continued deterioration That the building did not meet fire codes of 2008 or1975 when built or 1985 when it was reconfigured And provided a Estimate of the cost to come into compliance

Signed contract with SHSC for technical assistance in developing our Design/Build RFP, all site visits and the evaluation of the proposals 3 proposal submitted Demolition started the middle of June 2011 with a rebuild completion date of December 15, 2011 Open house for Board members in December
