Due Dates for Fall ‘12  All billing is done electronically  Students will receive an to their official TCNJ account, notifying them when their tuition balance is available to view on PAWS

Ways to Pay  Electronic ACH Payment (ECheck) accepted on the web. We do not charge for this option.  Credit card payment accepted only online. Our credit card processor charges a 2.35% convenience fee and does not accept VISA.  We are unable to accept payment information over the phone.  NOTE: Payments made by mail may take up to 10 business days to post to a student’s account. Please allow enough time for your payment to post to meet the billing due date. * PRIVATE SCHOLARSHIP CHECKS MUST BE MAILED TO THE OFFICE OF STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PROCESSING.* CashCheck Credit/Debit card Online In-person Mail

TuitionPay Installment Plan  There are two different plans: semester (5 payments) or full-year (10 payments)  July 25, 2012 – April 25, 2013  Annual enrollment fee of $45.00; semester enrollment fee of $25.00  Deadline to enroll is August 25, Past due payments will be required upon registration.  No credit check or co-signer needed; this is NOT a loan.

Parking  All vehicles on campus need a valid decal/temporary pass  Freshman students are NOT allowed to have a vehicle on campus UNLESS they are a commuter.  Freshmen CAN purchase two one-week parking passes ($15.00 each), per semester, for Lot 6.  Purchasing a pass requires valid vehicle registration, a school ID card and full payment ($ /year for residents; $ for commuters)  Parents and other visitors to the campus will need to obtain a Visitor’s Pass from the Information booth by Loser Hall, Campus Police, or Green Hall 119.  If you have an unpaid parking violation associated with your account, you will be unable to purchase a parking pass until it is paid.
