Committee asks for nominations of people willing and able to do job; self-nominations are encouraged as they indicate interest, willingness and availability 2. Committee vets nominees, puts all that are qualified on ballot, if necessary recruits up to # of open seats 3. Committee announces nominees and calls for nominations from floor; all qualified are put on ballot Top vote-getters are elected
