 REALISTIC FICTION IS MADE UP OF STORIES THAT COULD REALLY HAPPEN. CONTEMPORARY REALISTIC FICTION IS SET IN MODEREN TIMES.  EXAMPLES  BECAUSE OF WINN DIXIE  SHILOH  SUMMER OF THE SWANS  CRASH  OWL MOON REALISTIC FICTION
